Ingredients:
Enriched wheat flour, vegetable oil shortening, sugar, modified milk ingredients, salt, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate.
Directions for Use:
Tea Biscuit Mix 2 1/2 -3 cups (454 g) Water 1 cup (227 ml) Place tea biscuit mix and water into a bowl. Using electric mixer at low speed, mix 30 seconds to 1 minute. Place dough on dusted board and roll out to 1/2" thickness. Hand cut to desired shapes. Bake at 400° F for 15 - 17 minutes. Bake time will depend on thickness of dough. Yields: 2 dozen, 2" diameter biscuits
