**30-Day Return and Exchange Policy**

**Returns:**

2. **Initiating a Return:**

3. **Return Authorization:**
- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send the item.

4. **Shipping:**
- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Please use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance.

5. **Inspection and Refund:**
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2-5 business days.

**Exchanges:**

1. **Eligibility:**
- Exchanges are applicable for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

2. **Initiating an Exchange:**

3. **Exchange Authorization:**
- Our customer service team will provide you with an Exchange Authorization (EA) number and instructions on where to send the item.

4. **Shipping:**
- We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item to be sent to you.

5. **Inspection and Fulfillment:**
- Once we receive the item for exchange and inspect its condition, we will promptly send out the replacement item.

**Conditions:**
- Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within the 30-day period from the date of delivery.
- Items returned without a valid RA or EA number will not be accepted.
- Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
